PEKIN ~ Clelea Lee Hoyle, 82, Pekin, passed away at 8:57 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Pekin Hospital.

Born February 6, 1930 in Pekin to Fred and Nellie (Stewart) Skaggs, she married William David "Dude" Hoyle on June 26, 1946.  He died July 18, 2010 in Morton.  She also was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Surviving are one daughter, Sandi (Bill) Hunsinger of Titusville, Florida; two sons, Dave (Becky) Hoyle of Pekin and Freddy (JoAnna) Hoyle of Manito; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  She also leaves her special friend, Leon Heflin of Pekin.

Clelea was a member of the Normandale Reformed Church in Pekin.

She had worked as an operator for Central Telephone Company for many years.

She had been a member of the Pekin Women of the Moose Chapter 673.

Her graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.  Pastor Tom Thomas will officiate.  Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin is in charge of arrangements.
