PEKIN ~ Thomas “Tommy” Halpin, 70, of Pekin, passed away at 3:59 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2020 at his home. He went to be with his beloved Debby, following multiple prolonged fatal diseases and a broken heart after a lifetime of marriage.

Born September 2, 1950 in Birwyn to Robert Arthur and Mary Patricia (Lynn) Halpin, he married Debra “Debby” Jean Gaumer. She died June 11, 2020 in Pekin. He was also preceded in death by his parents.

Tommy was fortunate enough to visit every state in the union, except New England during his life as well as multiple foreign countries.

A life well spent without regrets. Please wear a mask.
