Although late in learning of Mrs. Thayer's passing, I wish to express belated sympathy to the Thayer family on behalf of my mother and our family. My mother, now 90, was a good friend of Mrs. Thayer. My mother would tell me how she always inquired about me, and tell her how she used to chauffer Harold and me to the golf course in high school. I remember her as a very nice lady with a sense of humor and class. |
